Description
This specimen of Solanum urens is a spiny tree, reaching up to 12 feet in height. Its young shoots are covered with golden thorns, and the leaves are lighter on their undersides. The plant produces blue-purple flowers with yellow, elongate, poricidal stamens, and light yellow fruits measuring 3 inches in diameter.
