Description
This plant is a climber growing up to 2 meters, with stems that are pale green to brownish. Its petioles are pale green, and leaves are dark green above with greenish to golden-brown pubescence below. The inflorescence and infructescence axes are pale green, featuring sepals that are grey with a purplish hue in flower, and a pale pink corolla with a darker tube inside. Reproductive organs are white, and sepals turn wine-red in fruit, with the immature fruit wall being no more than 1 mm thick.
