Argyreia dokmaihom is a woody climber reaching up to 10 meters, characterized by milky sap and brown-hairy stems with rose-pink, tightly overlapping tips. Its cordiform leaves are also brown-hairy, and it produces axillary, capitate, pendant inflorescences with waxy white, fragrant flowers that open in the late afternoon.
